What's included

Your HVAC Services Options

New HVAC Installations

Full systems for new construction, ADUs and additions — designed with the plans so the ducts, returns and condenser pad are in the drawings, not improvised at the end.

System Replacement & Changeout

Aging AC and furnace pulled and replaced with a right-sized system. We re-run the load calculation instead of copying the tonnage off the old rusted plate.

Heat Pumps (Electrification)

One system for heating and cooling, no gas line, no combustion. The single biggest rebate-eligible upgrade available to an LA homeowner right now.

Ductless Mini-Splits

Zoned comfort for garage conversions, ADUs, offices, additions and that one bedroom the old system never reached. No ductwork required.

Air Conditioning Service & Repair

Diagnostics, refrigerant leaks, capacitors, condensate and control boards. We tell you when a repair makes sense and when you're throwing money at a dying unit.

Ductwork Design, Sealing & Replacement

Most LA duct systems leak 20–30% of the air you paid to condition. We mastic-seal, re-size or replace with insulated runs and add the returns the house is missing.

Smart Thermostats & Zoning

Multi-zone dampers and smart controls so upstairs and downstairs stop fighting each other, and you can pre-cool before the 4–9pm peak window.

Indoor Air Quality

MERV-13 and higher filtration, fresh-air ventilation, UV and whole-home air purification — the fix for wildfire smoke season and allergy-heavy LA springs.

Heat Pump Water Heaters

Two to three times more efficient than a gas tank and rebate-eligible in most LA utility territories. Often installed alongside the HVAC changeout.

Maintenance Plans

Twice-yearly tune-ups before summer and before the first cold snap. Filters, coils, drain lines, refrigerant and airflow checked so nothing dies in a heat wave.

Our promise

What We Lock In Before Day One

Load Calculation Before Quote

We measure the house, the glass, the insulation and the duct runs and run a real Manual J. Oversized systems short-cycle, never dehumidify and die early — we don't sell them.

Permits And HERS Testing Included

Duct leakage and refrigerant charge verification by a third-party HERS rater, plus the city permit and Title 24 paperwork, are in the contract price. Not an add-on line item later.

Rebates And Credits Handled

We spec qualifying equipment by default and file the utility rebate paperwork, then hand you the documentation your CPA needs for the 30% federal credit.

Fixed Price, Written Scope

Equipment model numbers, duct scope, electrical work and warranty terms in writing before anyone shows up with a truck.

Lot to keys

How The Build Actually Goes

Six stages, no mystery. Most LA custom homes run 10–12 months from first lot walk to move-in, depending on city requirements.

  1. Stage 01

    Home Assessment & Load Calculation

We walk the house, measure rooms, glass and insulation, inspect the attic and ducts, and run a Manual J. You get the real number, not a rule of thumb. 1 visit.

  2. Stage 02

    System Design & Written Proposal

Equipment options at two or three efficiency levels, duct scope, electrical needs and rebate math side by side. You pick, we price it fixed. 3–5 days.

  3. Stage 03

    Permits & Title 24

Permit pulled with LADBS or your city, Title 24 compliance documented, HERS rater scheduled. We chase the counter so you don't. 1–3 weeks.

  4. Stage 04

    Removal & Installation

Old equipment and failed ducts out, floors and furniture protected, new system and duct runs in. Most changeouts are 1–3 days on site.

  5. Stage 05

    Commissioning & HERS Test

Refrigerant charge, static pressure and airflow measured and adjusted. HERS rater verifies duct leakage. City inspection cleared.

  6. Stage 06

    Walk-Through & Handoff

Thermostat programmed and app-paired, filter sizes written down, warranty registered and rebate paperwork filed. Then we're a phone call away.

Why bother

What You Get Out Of It

  • Manual J load calculation on every job — no tonnage guessed off the old unit
  • Heat pumps qualify for the 30% federal 25C credit plus LADWP and SoCal Edison rebates
  • Kills the hot room: airflow measured room by room, returns added where they're missing
  • Sealed ducts stop pulling attic dust and 115°F air into your living room
  • Sized to work with solar — a right-sized heat pump shrinks the array you need
  • Permitted and HERS-tested through LADBS or your city, with Title 24 documentation handed to you
  • Quieter equipment: modern variable-speed units run at a fraction of the old condenser's noise
  • Licensed, insured in-house crews — no rotating subcontractors in your attic

We'd replaced the AC twice in eight years and the back bedroom was still unusable in August. They found the ducts were the problem, sized the heat pump properly and the whole house is finally even.
